Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Every paid plan is month-to-month. Cancel from your account dashboard and you won't be charged again. Your account stays active through the end of the current billing cycle.
What's the EARLY50 promo code?

Your deals stay in your dashboard in read-only form — you can view and export existing reports anytime. You just can't run new evaluations beyond your tier's monthly limit until you upgrade.
Do unused deal evaluations roll over?

No. Monthly limits reset each billing cycle. If you find yourself consistently needing more, that's the signal to upgrade to the next tier — where the per-deal cost is actually lower.
What exactly counts as one 'deal'?

One deal = one property evaluated through the full scoring engine. Editing or re-scoring a deal you've already assessed does not consume an additional deal. You can update a deal freely as due diligence progresses.
Is there a free trial on the paid plans?

The Free plan is the trial. It includes one full deal evaluation — same engine, same auto-fill, the AI-generated deal memo (Claude Opus 4), and the full PDF export. No credit card required. See exactly what you'd be paying for before you upgrade.
Do you offer annual billing?
